Booking a vacation shouldn’t leave you feeling like you need a vacation: it should be a relaxing extension of the getaway itself. Our UX strategy for Dune ensures that all the context you need is always a hover, carousel, or quick view away.
A human-centric custom booking platform focused on conversion
Hospitality sites really are the worst. Mountains of technical debt and bad UX generally cause less than ideal experiences when shopping for a place to lay your head for a couple of days. We aimed to create a streamlined and human-centric design that allows users to search across a portfolio of resorts and hotels. We created a stepped process that never takes the user off of the site and gently guides them through the funnel - and delights them along the way. We balanced the different needs of users, from those knowing exactly when and where they want to stay, to those who are shopping around, by introducing an alternative booking path centered around the experiences users are looking to have while in the Hamptons.
